Amor
« Everything begins with a slow sliding motion. Words fall apart to create new ones and their meaning is lost. The thread of thought is abandoned. And then comes the fall of a body that never ends, a fall reminiscent of a flight.
The soloist dancer is Michèle Anne De Mey and AMOR is a choreographic and visual journey to the other side of the mirror. Inspired by the world of Lewis Carroll, this production takes the audience into an imaginary, poetic and luminous fall. »

Astragales is a contemporary dance company led by Belgian choreographer Michèle Anne De Mey. First set up in 1989, Astragales has an international reputation although it is firmly rooted in its native Belgium. Michèle Anne De Mey works with a contemporary dance style interacting with other disciplines with the help of strong partnerships and long-standing friendships, as well as new encounters.
