Alone in his workshop, a worker tries to divert everyday objects from their primary function. As he explores, he evolves in a quest for balance between productivity and creativity. But is he really alone in this workshop? Two presences representing facets of his personality take the form of versatile musicians and become his faithful accomplices. Throughout the show, the space and the objects are transformed. At the heart of this universe of artifacts are wheels, a hat conveyor, a lamp post, a ladder and a bicycle. In an effort to question his conception of the world, this worker relearns the laws of physics by constantly oscillating between taking and losing control. Theater of objects, physical engagement and inventive detour, this is the essence of Robot Infidèle, a proposal that frees itself from the spectacular by sublimating the creativity of the artists on stage.
